The listed room prices are quoted per day and/or week per adult including demi-pension for a stay of at least 3 days.The listed flat prices (alpine cabins/ alm-chalets) are quoted per day and/or week including demi-pension for adults and all-inclusive catering for kids for a stay of at least 3 days. For a stay of less than 3 days, we take a surcharge of 10 percent. The week prices are valid for stays of more than 7 days.
All our alp hotel rooms (from 16m² to 25m²) dispose of a balcony, shower, WC, TV, alarm-clock radio, telephone, internet and safe. We offer the possibility to add one or two camp beds or cribs. The rooms in the alpine cabins are appointed in the same manner but they are bigger (to 94m²), have separated rooms, a kitchen area and a wood stove.
The differences in prices result from the different sizes, locations and appointments of the rooms or holiday flats/family rooms. All the other services are the same. The rooms are ready from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. You have to leave your room till 11 a.m. on the date of departure. Demi-pension includes: a daily trip with the aerial railway (round trip ticket) and the use of Schenna’s guests busses.
For a not taken dinner we credit you 9,50€ to your price. You’d like to take your quadruped on your holiday trip? No problem! The daily price is 9,00€ without feeding.
We charge 5,00€ a day for a parking space in the garage (at the aerial railway station in the valley). Alternatively, you can park your car next to the aerial railways station or near the mountain pasture (our pariking space is located 100m away from the alp hotel but you can drive directly to the hotel on the day of your arrival and departure.
Internet fee per day 5,00€ (own laptop is necessary)

You can pay the hotel bill by cash or by cash-card. For a payment by credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard) we calculate charges amount of 1% (cost price).
Please inform us as soon as possible of you have to cancel your holidays. We calculate no cancellation fees for cancellations which reach us 30 days before the day of arrival. For a cancellation within the last 30 days before your arrival, we have to calculate the appointed price less 20% for catering you don’t make use of (according to Italian law). Those cancellation conditions are independent from the fact if the booked rooms can be rent or partly rent. The same conditions are valid for precocious departure. We offer a cancellation assurance for best conditions. Just ask us for more information.
